Organizational Structure
Organization of the SPADO comprises
of Board of Governors (BOG) and Executive Committee. The BOG is the
governing body of the organization and is responsible to frame policy
guidelines for the organization and monitor its activities. The Executive
Committee runs the day-to-day affairs of the organization and is headed by
the Executive Director. Besides, some volunteers performs activities on part
time basis.
Finances for the organization come from International Humanitarian
Organizations/Foundations membership fees, subscription and donations. For
projects that are beyond the financial capacity of SPADO, the organization
depends on national and international donors. |
